First find your pictures. There are two ways to do this:

From the menu at the top left of the page, click "Select an Event". It will drop down so that you can select a year, select a race, then enter your first name and last name or your race number in the search field. If there are "0 pictures matching", enter only your last name. (If your race number was obscured or invisible, you may have to work through the Unidentified Runners section of the event.)

Enter your first name and last name in the "Search for Photos by Name" field at the top right of the page. If you have been identified in a number of events, all will be listed. Select the event you require and your photos from that event will appear. If there are "0 pictures matching", enter only your last name. (If your race number was obscured or invisible, you may have to work through the Unidentified Runners section of the event.)

The small pictures (thumbnails) appearing on screen may be viewed in a larger format by clicking on the image.

Return to the thumbnails by selecting "Back to Photos" or click the "Back" button at the top of the page.

If you wish to order a photo, you will need to enter your purchasing option at the right of the screen. For a fuller explanation of the options available, select "Photo Options".

When you have entered your purchasing option for the photo displayed, select "Add to Shopping Cart". If you wish to view more photos, use the "Back to Photos" option near the bottom of the page. If you select the "Back" button at the top of the page, you will lose the order.

Photos may be added to the Shopping Cart from any event. There are also options for modifying quantities or deleting photos from the shopping cart. At any time, it is possible to view the shopping cart by selecting that command.

When you are satisfied with the order in your shopping cart, note whether your posting location is in or outside New Zealand and Australia and select "Checkout".

At the Checkout, enter your name and full address. To be a valid order, the address must include street address, city/town, and country. It must take up three lines. Please enter your email address which is helpful if we have a query about your order.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD:
Complete the details requested and select Submit. Depending on the speed of the Internet at the time, processing may take one or two minutes. If your order is accepted, you will receive an Order Number. It is helpful to record this in case you have a query.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE:
If you select this option, your order will appear on the screen. Please print the page, attach a cheque made out to Global-Pix.com in the currency of the order, and post it to the address shown (Global-Pix.com, P O Box 60, Hamilton, New Zealand).

Your order will be dispatched 2-3 weeks from receipt and confirmation of payment.
